Dillon powder measure question

Does the little built in baffle work well, or should I look into getting a proper baffle?

I used a baffle in my Lee autodisk, and it worked great.

If the little built in baffle works, then I will leave it be.

I don't see a problem with the Dillon factory baffle. I don't usually allow the powder level to fall below the baffle while actively loading but I haven't noticed much variance in charge weight if I run the powder lower while trying to empty the hopper.

I know when using a baffle in the Lee... That my charges were very consistent.

But that baffle was much larger, and shipped differently. The Dillon baffle is smaller and built in

Yes it works very well . I use two RCBS measures and the dillion is as good or better .

Ok, that's good.

The baffle in used in the Lee, left a noticeable air gap over the powder, so it wasn't compressed, and helped it be consistent.

That little baffle in the Dillon did not look big enough to do a similar job.
