recently announced that it has acquired the rights to develop and market the world's first miniature self-powered, tracking device that is implantable in humans.
The device, which the company calls, "Digital Angel", is an implantable transceiver, that sends and receives data through the Global Positioning System, GPS, satellite network. Digital Angel is unique in that it's powered through the electromechanical activity of the muscles of the person within which it is implanted.
The company forsees a wide range of uses for the Digital Angel. "Although still early in the developmental stage, we believe Digital Angel could have an array of beneficial potential applications: provide a tamper-proof means of locating and identifying individuals for e-business and e-commerce security; locate individuals, including children, who are lost or who have been abducted; monitor the medical conditions of at-risk patients; track and locate military, diplomatic and other essential government personnel; determine the location or the authenticity of valuable property; track the whereabouts of wilderness sports enthusiasts (mountain climbers, hikers, skiers, etc.)."

So, what do you think, would you want one of these on your person, in order to buy your staples, pay your bills?
And yes, "it's for the childrens", isn't it?

The day of the mark of the beast is drawing nearer.
Wasn't Lucifer an "angel" once?

Best Regards,
Don

The most foolish mistake we could make would be to allow the subjected people to carry arms; history shows that all conquerers who have allowed their subjected people to carry arms have prepared their own fall.

I won't be worried until a rep from the Government says that.

The company has a new twist on current technology and needs to sell/attract investors/spur sales. Understandable and not a problem.

When a politico begins to talk this way, then that one needs to be immediately crushed with prejudice

Don - I've been saying for years now that transponders implanted at birth are a very real possibility in a not so distant and grim future.

One does not have to be a Madison Avenue wizard to visualize the marketing that will be used to promote such a travesty.

Sort of ties in with this, don't it?

quote:
A prediction....

The past four decades have set America on a collision course with destruction. Since things falling downhill fall faster each second, morals and values in the future will decline even quicker than they have already.
With the course of our country now firmly and deliberately established, here is what we can anticipate America will look like in a few decades.

America, year 2035
Homosexuals dominate the politics of the nation. Laws have been passed that severely punish anyone who says homosexuality is sinful or immoral, including pastors preaching from the pulpit.

Age of consent laws for child sex have been virtually eviscerated. Pedophilia is as politically protected and socially acceptable as homosexuality was in the 1990s.

The vilest forms of pornography are shown on prime-time network programming.

Foreign commanders lead our military; their mission assignments come from the United Nations.

Rural living is practically nonexistent. Land outside metropolitan areas is off-limits for human habitation.

All firearms are outlawed from personal possession.

Children take tests in early grades to determine their aptitude. Accordingly,
the state selects what vocation each child enters.

Only state-recognized religions are allowed to overtly exist. Any church that preaches a narrow message of salvation is closed and the pastors are jailed.

Laws against sexual perversion of all types are long gone; homosexuals legally marry and adopt children.

The U.S. Constitution has been formally rewritten. Freedom is what the government says it is -- nothing more.

Forced abortions for family planning is the law of the land.

History books declare America's founding fathers, white Southerners, Christians and political conservatives to be the personifications of evil.

Death sports rivaling those of first-century Rome are televised as they happen.

It is extremely difficult for professing Christians to gain employment.

There is no cash. Commerce is exchanged via computer chips implanted under the skin.

There are few local and state police agencies. Law enforcement is the
responsibility of federal and international government.

International courts determine much of America's laws.

God has been officially removed from public life; no one prays in public nor passes out Bibles. It is against the law to evangelize.

The U.S. flag has been redesigned without stars; states have been merged into regional territories.[/quote]

Bruce:

I sure hope it takes that long but I seriously doubt it, some of it may not happen but most of it already is. Besides the very few like those of TFL there is hardly ANYONE who even recognizes these types of things as problems, they think of it as progress. :(
