With (false) enthusiasm, it's wonderful. Now every child can have one and tracking down lost kids can be done in minutes (so what if the kidnappers carve it out with a kitchen knife). We can also use it to track criminals (and make it mandatory for the rest of us). It would be very useful in locating missing servicemen (another way to force it upon society). Boy, aren't we blessed with technology, NOT.

Wow! This is great! We can have all our congress critters, our libidous president, janet reno, madaline albright, and anyone else we want to track implanted!

This is truely a device for the people!

It just needs a feed-back circuit where should they do something contrary to the guidelines of the Constitution we could press a button and it would give them a shock to remind them of why there are in the position they are in and who put them there!

Hillary can keep track of her promiscuous Billness. Also the intelligence gathering potential too. She'll know who's the rendezvous with. Maybe it's not so bad of an idea after all.

You have to remember that they won't have to have it installed in themselves the way that they'd write the law. There would be exemptions for politicans, criminals and all other scum that don't have a need to obey the law of the land. They would probably even use the fifth amendment as proof that they shouldn't be imprinted.
