Differences between S&W M36 & 36LS?

Just curious what the differences are between the S&W M36 (discontinued) and the 36 Lady Smith (current production). Is it just a different grip and the "Lady Smith" etching? Or are there more fundamental differences? I guess I'm trying to compare the current LS with the final year's production of the M36. I'm sure the M36 has undergone many changes throughout its production life.

I understand the LadySmith is a little more lightly sprung for easy shooting by small statured persons. No real mechanical difference.
