Difference in mossberg 590's

Is there a difference between a mossberg 590 purchased @ big5 than from a turners asides from $?

I was told by someone that a mossberg from turners has a different trigger guard. Turners having a metal guard & big5 a plastic. I would think a 590 is a 590 & trigger guard would be standard.

Any one know if this is the case or seen a difference in 590's from different shops?

I do not know all the variations but the 590A1 is a metal trigger group and safety button.

Yeah, Big 5 doesn't sell 590A1s, they're not cool enough

An A1 should be about $75-150 more, normally.
