Diff. between Talon Plus and Hard Shell Talon?

Looking for a new IWB for my HK USP40 (full size). My Kramer is just too uncomfortable. I'm looking at the Alessi Talon Plus and saw the Hard Shell Talon at rfholsters. Aside from the obvious hard shell, high back and angle clip, does anyone have any, more subjective, experience with the differences?

The Hard Shell Talon is a little bit thinner at the top because it doesn't have the extra layer of leather. Though it is collapse resistant, it isn't as stiff as the reinforced Talon Plus.
