Every so often I'll glance at the clock on my monitor and notice that the time reflects a different caliber. I've seen 2:20, 2:23, 3:08, and 3:57. What calibers am I missing?

A question for those who, like me, have waaayy too much time on their hands.

The day my digital clock displays 'GP90', I'll sing the US national
anthem. :)
(For the uninitiated: 'GP90' is the designation of the Swiss army
assault rifle cartridge (actually a .223 with a VERY hot load and
evil steel core bullets); 'GP11' is the dreaded 7.5x55mm)

2:57 (Roberts), 3:00 (Savage), 2:50, 3:56 (Win), 5:56 (NATO), 6:45 (aka 6mm-223), 7:57 (Mauser), 7:08 (Win), 2:60 (Rem), 7:30 (Waters) 3:07 (Win), 3:38, 4:44 (Marlin)......

There's gotta be a ton more. -- Kernel

How about 4:10. Forget calibers for a minute and go with gun models (and a 24hr clock!) 22:45, 10:22

Reminds me of something my brother had growing up....it was a clock that instead of numbers, had shell casings. 12, 3, 6, and 9 were 12 ga casings. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11 were 38 spl set into the wood.

Sam...my favorite 9mm is the 9X32R
