Did simmons ever make

a 4x12x40 in the 8 point model. I have a simmons 8 point 4x12x40 model on my 300 win mag but I went onto simmons web sight and i dont even see a 4x12x40 model on there in the 8 point model.
 
They probably don't make it in the 8 point anymore. I'm sure if you check their website the make it in another scope. Another option Redfield makes a 4-12X40 for under $200, I've got one on a .270 and really like it.
 
The question should be "who the hell cares". I'm a lover/user of cheap scopes but the 8 points are some of the worst centerfire scopes on the market.

Well ive

gotten 9 froundhogs with it. My groups out to 225 yrds are sub moa groups with bullets touching into a nice little clover shaped for 5 rounds. So they must not be that bad of scope it can handle my 300 win mag shooting a 180 grain bullets. Its holding zero great to.
