Did S&W ever go South Paw?

Tonight I was looking at various grip companies online and when I got to Pachmayr's site, something caught my attention. In their revolver grips page, for the Pachmayr Decelerator Grips, it has what they say is a K-frame S&W. I noticed though that the gun looks fitted for a left-handed person. (The cylinder swings out on the right side of the gun). None of the other guns they show are like this. I was just wondering if Smith ever produced any "left-handed" revolvers. It wouldn't really suprise me as it would make sense, but I was unaware of it.

That's an interesting picture. It is one of the easiest conversion available. You just print the negative backwards.:D
