Did I get burned??

My first post on this forum! I just purchased a brand new unfired SIG P239 9mm with nickel slide for $499. I wanted to ask you vets if this seems like a good deal or did they see me coming. This will be my concealed carry weapon so I was also concerned about the finish since I have read about the notoriously rust prone finish on the SIG. let me know what you all think.

Third opinion... Yeah, that's a good price. You might be able to search and hunt for a price $25 less, but it would take you lots more time. Enjoy.
 
Thanks for the greets. You wouldnt beleive the flaming emails I got in response when I made a counter offer on some of those SIGs!Oh yeah beemerb, Im there just got done blasting off some rounds in my CGW/DSA carbine this evening.
 
You did not get burned. I paid $529.00 a year ago. I feel you paid a fair price.
