Did an Executive Order shut down the instant check system?

I spent a few days at the beach where I was able to listen to a few talk radio shows I can not ordinarily receive. Ken Hamblin on the Ken Hamblin Show said he had information that he was confirming that the outage of the instant check system dating from Thursday of last week was not caused by a software glitch as advertised, but was instead the result of an Executive Order by the president shuting it down.

Has anyone out there heard of this rumor? Has anyone seen verification in the alternative media? I am not one to believe rumors but in the case of clinton we are in a mode where literally anything is possible.

Did he do the deed? I don't know. Is this consistent with his past behavior? Oh yeah!

Inquiring minds want to know.

The Black Avenger isn't one to spread bullsh!t. There's maybe a .0001% chance that it isn't true, but there's also no real way to verify it.

A bit too juicy a story to be kept quiet for too long if true. If it's true, it'll come out.

Wouldn't doubt that Al Gore himself asked Hiz Billness if he could "push the button" himself just to see what it feels like. ;)

The truth in this matter will be hard to determine, but like everything else, it will probably be so outrageous that no one will believe it.

Well, the NICS is back down. I just got back from my dealer went to pick up my G23, and when I got their the system was down. My dealer said it went down about 4pm. and as of yet it is still down
