What the other two said. If that don't make sense, then do this:
Remove the magazine. Check the chamber to make sure the gun is not loaded. Decock the gun by pushing the decocker button. Remove the slide from the frame.
Now take the slide and look at the back where the striker protrudes when it is cocked. You'll notice on the little roundish triangular plastic piece, there is a little button at the top of it, close to rear sight. You'll need to push this button, which will unlock the roundish triangular piece and pull it down and out of the slide. While doing this make sure you keep your hand over the decocker button. It is spring loaded and will come out. Also remove the roundish triangular piece slowly so the striker doesn't "spring out" either. This should do it. You'll be able to remove the striker mechanism and clean it and the inside.
I wouldn't recommend that you take the spring off of the striker, unless you really need to. It is kind of difficult.
