Just want some opinions..........I have no preconcieved ones of my own as my Action knowledge is very Little......What About the actions Frank DeHaas designed??? The Vault-Lock II and The Chicopee Centerfire both look interesting.....could a regular guy build one??? What about having someone do some of the machine work ....is that Legal????
