Defective Ruger New Vaquero firing pins?

I think Ruger has a defective batch of firing pins. I am aware of several FTFs due to stuck firing pins. They give no warning, they simply stick in the forward firing position. If you have a new design Ruger Vaquero, you may need to return it to Ruger.
