Typically Deep Concealment Holsters are going further than the typical IWB or SOB units. Tuckable IWB holsters that you tuck a shirt over, pocket or ankle rigs are deep conceal styles. Thunderwear and the like, are also deep concealment designs.
The advantage is you can carry alot of places that its hard to do another way....shorts/summer attire. Bus. meetings where an untucked shirt is not acceptable....etc. I personally dont want to look that "casual" with my shirt untucked all of the time...I prefer to wear nice shirts and tuck them in....I have tuckable holsters for this need.
