Thanks everyone for all of the help on picking out a gun. I did a lot of shooting and finally decided on the HK USP .45

Man it feels so good in my hand and I did really well with it on the range. I even decided that my next gun will be the USP compact .40 s&w.

As soon as my one month is up I am going to go pick that one up. Again, thanks for all of your help.

Excellent choice!!! Honestly, of the big 3 - Glock, H&K, and Sig Sauer, you simply cannot go wrong. You did the right thing by picking the gun which you like and fits you best. Now go get some Hydra Shok 230g and enjoy!

That's key, glad you could do it that way. You'll likely be very pleased with your choice for a long time to come for that reason: you know what you like, and what you don't.

And doing a lot of shooting is always a good idea in general. :)
