Dear Liberals: Can I see that Ballot Again?

I voted on this Palm Beach ballot. Despite that, I'd appreciate if you guys would show it on CNN about 400,000 times more. You see, the more the American people see it, the better they understand it's simplicity and the concept of Individual Responsibility. Kindly bring it on.

You want to try this election in the Court of Public Opinion? So be it. Please continue on your trial strategy! :D

Rich, I'm glad to see that there is at least one person from that county who is smart enough to figure out a ballot. But then again, you're smart enough to belong to TFL and own guns so that's really not saying much.

Anyone that can't figure out the ballot shouldn't be voting anyhow.Too stupid! Now they want to let them vote again.Whata crock.About 500 college students doing a PEACEFULL demonstration for a new vote. What the h**l do they teach these kids in school?

I'm old and deceitful.

Yeah, a bunch of kids yelling "we wont go" until the get a revote. Yeah right, or until the nationqal guard comes in with rubber bullets, riot gear, and tear gas. What is it with college kids and demonstrations thinking that 15 or 20 of them can change the opinion of the nation??? Can you say Ken state?

What makes those students believe that they can subvert the Federal and State laws that govern elections?

Oh yeah, silly me. They're Democrats. They can do whatever they want...

Wish I was still in florida now...be an extra vote for Bush. Ahh...Texas. Coulda not voted and still ran over the Demoncraps. :)

Now..I've seen the ballot on teevee...I got a 14" tube that I have to sit almost on to be able to tell what's happening. [[visual impaiment-legal blidness.]] and one of the Newspews showed the ballot..I could tell what was up and that it wasn't rockit science to vote. Sooo....someone holding the thing couldn't?

Then again there are reports from that area that the Demoncraps went to nursing homes and drove a bunch of mental patients out there to vote. Maybe that explains it? Or maybe you should be able to read and speak engleesh to vote?

I was surprised and a little chagrinned that Buchannan stated that he felt almost all of the double-punched ballots in Palm Beach Co. were probably Gore's. But one has to admire his integrity, nonetheless.

Newest challenge is on the basis of the order that the candidates were listed on the ballot; they are, supposedly (according to some obscure FL law), supposed to be listed in the order of their showing in their last election. (They weren't.) However, case law from a 1974 FL Appeals Court ruling states that if the ballot has the candidate's name on it, it's the voter's responsibility to find it. We'll see how THAT plays out.

No, you don't need to admire his "integrity", Longpath; He's just making trouble. Those double-punched ballots are nobodies'.

Rich,
A simple "Bite me" is, I believe, the appropriate response to the liberal whine.

Gore's camp is using the cynicism of the public as it's big club. Check out Gore's 1994 Harvard address to see how he feels about cynicism. Interesting stuff, that. Can anyone argue that Gore hasn't created an air of cynicism in this whole election?

satana,(mild rebuke)
Uncalled for. I believe the Hispanic vote in Fl. went mostly Bush. Even if it didn't, I for one have learned a lot from people that don't talk good. I would wager that a certain Russian TFL members family knows more than 98% of us natural borns do about our own country. We're here by chance, or if you will, the grace of God. They're(immigrants) here by choice.

Folks,
I saw the Buchanan interview on 48 hours? (Sorry, but all this is starting to run together). There where two parts to his answer in reference to the votes he received in Palm Beach. Yes, he admitted that they where probably meant for Gore, but he also stated that the election was over, the ballet was legal & approved by the Democrats, and that they should stop their crying and accept & respect the fact that Bush won the election. Of course the news programs leave off the second part.

Last night on the news, they were showing some of the Palm Beach county dems who felt they were fooled, and they presented a real live rocket scientist who was also fooled by the ballot, saying that even a rocket scientist was fooled by it. I was hoping a republican was nearby to point out that the guy was a democrat rocket scientist... ;)

Cheapshot, the rocket scientist just had trouble with the ballot. The news did not say that he voted wrong. You know, rocket scientists aren't what they use to be. I'm thinking of the recent space flops.

In Virginia, until the courts struck it down, in the 50's, we had a literacy test. You had to be able to read and cooomprehend in order to be able to register to vote. I can say nothing good about the reason they used it for.

The people in Palm Beach must not be able to read and comprehend. If you can not read and comprehend what you have read...who didn't you vote for/against?

There was plenty of time to complain about the (Democrat designed) ballots before the election, and NOBODY did! Now that the voting is over they need to STFU!

Heard this morning while getting ready for work (so I don't know exactly who said it).

While on the shuttle bus from the senior citizen center, the democrat leader of the center reminded every one to punch hole #2 :D

Just a couple of points about these ballots.

The liberal media has been screaming about something like 15,000(?) ballots that were discarded.
We later find out that they were double punched, thereby making them invalid.

If someone realized that their ballot was accidentally doubled punched, or that they accidentally punched the wrong hole, they could have very easily gone over to one of the poll officials, explained the problem and received a new ballot.

How any of the people who now claim they punched the wrong hole are actually certain of this?
If they turned in a ballot that they suspected might be in error they have no one to blame but themselves.

Dear Vice(really fits considering its clinton he is working with) President Gore:

Please accept the fact that the people have chosen and your oath to uphold the constitution of the United States.

From Prescott AZ....."1 2 3 If you can read this you must not be a Democrat"...sign on truck.

I think Rich owns this place and belongs to guns. not vice versa. :)

Thanks Rich
