A lot of that crap going on in my area too...The big publicity one is the Santa Margarita Ranch controversy, besides the water rights.

The land grabbing has been going on for many years. Most of it done "for the trees, the birdies and the bees". So most folks thought nothing of this unconstitutional act by government.

Now, Now we all know that for the purposes of govt and media the REAL USofA stops east the mississippi and north of the masson dixon line (with a resort/retirment center in florida) and starts agin west of the rockies. with frontier settlments in Chichago & Aspen.
