I had the opportunity to take you behind the scenes at David Fortier's annual meeting of gun writers. This is the birthplace for several of the articles you will see in Shotgun News and Guns & Ammo in the coming year.

Watched that video earlier today. The barrel sleeve looks real promising, although it is cartoonish in appearance to me. The developer may have one hell of a product for a machine gun in the military sector. It would be a major improvement for sustained fire capabilty in such a weapon system. In the civilian market it could be a real hit as well. Not sure how much of one, but it does have a great deal of appeal.
