Daniel Defense ever at Gun shows?

I rarely see Daniel Defense, LaRue or other "high end" makes at local gun shows. Bravo Company stuff isn't there, either.

My town has monthly, very large gun shows... I've only been to three.... but I never get to lay hands on those gems.

They usually have Ruger 556, Colts, Bushmaster, etc.

I far prefer buying direct at gun shows rather than ordering or going through local gun shop paperwork.

I saw Spikes Tactical at a gun show near Tampa a few years ago...bought a ball cap!

I just get the lower transferred via the local FFL dealer and have all the rest of the parts mailed to my house.

yup... the only piece that requires a FFL is the lower with the serial number.

I think I recall seeing DD at The Shot Show in Vegas??? (Memory isn't what it used to be!)
But I don't recall seeing them at any local shows...

I have one I purchased at a Gun Show. I've had several AR's, all were "good" and quite accurate. However, I have only kept two. One is a DD, the other FN. In my opinion they both are a superior product. Both are exceedingly accurate and reliable. Also the "mind set" of the makers comes through in the product. The makers have done just about all they could do to make them something that you could "bet your life" on. Just my opinion.
