the price looks great but will they shoot like the cost more.will they do under 2 inches at 25 yards and 3 to 4 inches at 50 yards or better, thanks, keith

Curious...what other factory handgun you have seen or shot that will do "under 2" at 25 yards". I've been at this business for a little over 30 years and have never heard of such a thing. Maybe some target pistol out of a rest but even that would surprise me.

I bought a Minor about a week ago, a really handsome pistol except for the mag ( a really low quality affair ). I couldnt tell you how it shoots because it would not chamber a round no matter what I tried, 6 different proven mags, 5 brands of factory ammo. alot of cursing. Needless to say it went back to the dealer for a refund. Maybe I just got a lemon but I wouldnt buy another.

sig p229 sport and sig p229 both in 357 sig.ruger redhawk in 44 ,D.E in 44, coonan in 357.i have a springfield 1911a1 it wont even come close to that.i think its junk but it could be the sights you could drive a truck through the gap it leaves on the front post when you put it on target.dont forget the smith and wesson 22s its a tack driver as well.maybe my standards are to high the springfield will do about 3.5 at 25 yards.i like it at 2 or less.the uper end 1911's say they will do 1.5 inch at 50 yards

Got one a year ago and I average 2 1/2 inches at 25 yards, off hand with UMC and Winchester 230 grain hardball. Is that good?
I don't know...I'm still looking for that one hole maker at 25 yards.

Check the threads about a month ago...seems like they were selling them at $390 or around there.

In soCal, I don't think we can get them because they didn't take the test or some dumb thing like that.

DW revolver yes. 1911 not.

For the money, you can get better quality from any of the great 12 makers out their and some great customer 1911 gunsmiths.

And accuracy is largely dependent on shooter skills so long as the firearm is reasonably well built.

I get sub-two inch groups with several of my Glocks, Sigs, and of course, my P7s. Offhand Weaver stance but that's taken me three years of biweekly visits and several shooting sessions with really great bullseye and regulary competitors to pick up skills.
