Handled one at a LGS on Friday, Jan. 2.
Excellent, better than excellent, DA; made me wonder if it had enough oomph to detonate tough primers.
Seemed much more front heavy than the 6-incher GP 100, 586 or Python, but that was just my impression and might not be actually true.
Beautiful finish in SS. Flawless. (Probably first scratch will make a mean, unemotional man cry.)
Cylinder release, which of course is front frame located, seemed less smooth than my experiences with the Ruger, Smith or Colt models.
Was told that its cylinder is a bit smaller than the other three revolvers and actually takes a K-frame sized speedloader. Don't know if it is true or not.
And no, doesn't have a key lock hammer safety ala Smith, which it owns all by its little lonesome.
