Dan Wesson .327 Magnum?

With the Dan Wesson revolver back in production, I was curious about the chance of getting a 327 mag sometime in the future. Here is the response to my email posing that question:

I already had the 327 as a possible caliber option once we get ready to make that jump. Thank you again for your input. It is greatly appreciated.

I am in no hurry and I think this will be well worth the wait if it comes to pass.

I would be a buyer. Just so long as they dont only offer a snub nose 327.
They really did a disservice to this caliber as focusing it as a self defense round.
Sure it can do that.
But we know what nich it could really fit.

I want my 327 carbine.

That would be sweet. However at the price they are asking for the new ones, I can't see them selling very many. So calibers other than 357 may never come about. I hope I'm wrong.

Maybe this will put a little pressure on Ruger to bring back their single action 327. They quit making them before i could get one. It was one good looking gun.

Yup... Already looking for one.
Emailed Ruger about it. That was a waste of time.
I emailed Lipsey. Have never received a response.

It amazes me some times. They will stick poop in your face all day trying to get you to buy the same old gun you already have three of.

But boy O boy try to want some thing different then what they are trawling out...

Lipsey's has a Ruger Single-Seven coming out that is chambered in .327 Federal. Single-Six frame size.

I seen that. I wonder if they are going to stretch the frame and make a longer cylinder for the 327? I figured that was why Ruger made the old 327 single action in the Blackhawk as no changes to the frame and cylinder dimensions were needed. I am really curious to see the Single-Six based revolver when it comes out.
