Daewoo .223

Local gun shop has a Daewoo rifle in .223. It looks a little like an AR15, but there are a few differences. It has a folding stock and is quite cool looking. They want about $1300 for it, which is far more than I normally would pay for a rifle, but I do have a craving for a semiauto 223, and it feels good and looks good.

Does anyone have any experience with these rifles?

I had one years ago, and sold it off like so many other toys over the years(hindsight:o). I really did like it, particularly the rigid folding stock, and the adjustable gas regulator. IIRC, the only concerned voiced by anyone would be with regard to spare or replacement parts availability.
