CZ's, guns and forums oh my!

I just wanted to throw up a thread about TFL and other great forums. Im a senior mod on the CZ Forum..its a killer forum.
CZ's have a place in my gun heart like many of you have for alot of other great guns. This forum, TFL is outstanding..the information and expertice given freely on a very regular basis by all members is mind blowing. This not a plug for CZ's or any other guns/forums. Just a note to say..thanks for all of them. I know the work it takes to keep threads going in the right direction and Tamara and the lot, have my vote of thanks. THANKS!

I will pose this just as a curiosity thing...what are your favorite forums....including the monster of all knowledge...TFL.

Favorite forums

Well, being a CZ 75 PCR owner, I'd have to say my favorite forums are www.czforum.com, and of course www.thefiringline.com.

I've been learning a lot over at the CZ Forum lately, and as a result, I'm planning to go out and buy a CZ 75 tomorrow.

Other forums I've been visiting lately are the Makarov.com forum and Park Cities Tactical forums.

Those forums are great for very specific info, but TFL is the place to find loads of info on anything and everything gun related!

I must admit, I've been lurking quite a bit over at CZ Forum lately. I've also been lurking at The FAL Files too. Other than that, I'm a big fan of CG Talk. But that's a computer graphics website, not a gun related one.

I think Eric hit the nail on the head when he called TFL the "Monster of all knowledge". Once you get the hang of the search engine, the answer to almost any firearm question can be found here. When TFL was down with hard drive troubles, my first thought was "What a loss it would be to lose all that information".

I also echo the thanks to all the moderators. CZ forum is a relatively small and cozy family compared to TFL, but there is an amazing amount of civility and maturity here also. A lot of that is due to the moderators stepping in and tugging the reins now and then.

www.thefiringline.com is still the greatest site..... in fact it's THE first site I ever logged onto when I got 'plugged in' to the web. Thanks to all the members, moderators, and Rich for the finest shooting tool on the 'net.

I`m a cz fan myself,I have a CZ40B that is fun to shoot,recoil is very mild for a 40.But I always have trouble logging in on the cz forum.But that does'nt stop me visiting cz forum.

Forums, Forums and More Forums

The more the merrier I always say. Especially (girls that is)in the hot tub.

Being an old salt from the CZFORUM I have to say it has been quite informative ovr the last two years. However due to the rather large membership postings here at TFL I find a tremendous amount of info on other subjects that I am interested in. Don't get me wrong, I love my CZ weapons and the CZFORUM but I need more content other than "incredibly built weaon at an affordable price".
