cz75 compact in .40?

I believe that the 40 mdl 75 compacts are not imported to the USA. More info is available on www.czforum.com

They were supposedly imported a while ago and will be again.

The Compact 75B and BD in .40 are now listed in CZ-USA's online catalog (though Eric/UT83 seems to think this is just CZ-UB's master catalog).
I suspect it means that they will be releasing it after the SHOT show (at least I HOPE it means that!). If so, I'll be RUNNING down to my dealer w/ my cash to pick one up.
If they do release it, we ought to all be pushing for a .357 Sig conversion barrel to complete the package!!

A note to all....When the 40 Compact Carry comes out....my visa will have melted from the heat generated by the friction created by coming out of my wallet...
I am pretty darn sure it is CZUB's catalog..czusa used it for a while on there site but kept getting calls .....why cant I get this gun? Including me........CZ imports things the US market will
bear, how this is determined is beyond me.....

Well, I called CZ-USA today, and talked to one of their reps.
He said that the gun was supposed to be released awhile back, but for various reasons that it wasn't.
He said that he didn't know when it would become available, but that he would probably know more about it once he got back from the SHOT Show.
