CZ75 Barrels

In my never ending quest to improve accuracy (and spend money) I am in process of the following: I have ordered a drop in Bar Sto for one (have been waiting on delivery now for 11 weeks. Hope to get it before I pass on!) The second one has been sent to Alpha Precision for a fitted Bar Sto. Both are 9mm models. My question is to anyone who has gone to an aftermarket barrel in the CZ75B. Impressions on accuracy improvements and reliability. Also are there any other match barrel makers for the CZ75B? Thanks.

Hello. Fitted bbls usually result in tighter groups than drop-in bbls, but there are always exceptions. The CZ-75 is quite accurate as it is, but I think that you will note an increase in accuracy with cast bullets. The BarSto bbls all have 1:16 twists which work better than the usual 1:10 bbls designed for jacketed rounds. I'm not sure of other makers besides BarSto.
