CZ-USA: Great Customer Service

We all complain when we get poor service but fail to praise a company for great service. Well I am here to give kudos to CZ-USA.

I e-mailed them yesterday and had a response the next day. They also agreed to take care of a problem (for free) which was created by the dealer or distributor of my CZ75 (failed to include some items that should have come with the gun). They did not have to take my word but they did.

although I am having ongoing problems with my CZ, they have been responsive and easy to get a hold of!!!!!
 
When I've had problems with my CZ -- and none of them have really been the fault of the gun -- the CZ gunsmith has been very helpful and responsive.

(The last problem had to do with the aftermath of a trigger job. Wear, I think, led me to get a new sear installed. When that didn't entirely correct the problem, I called Mike at CZ. He suggested that I needed to have the disconnector replaced to, and sent me one that day [got it a few days later] free of charge. Its hard to beat that sort of personal attention and turnaround time.)

My CZ-85 Combat is a superb gun. (And I've got and hand some pricey, ones -- it remains one of my favorites.)
