Can anyone reccommend a good shop for a trigger job on a CZ 85? I would prefer a US
based shop. Anyone have any experience with CZ-USA?

I'm not sure it takes a lot of expertise to do a good trigger job on a CZ. Any really competent gunsmith should be able to do a fine job and you'll save the extra expense of shipping the gun to CZ or an out-of-town gunsmith. (That'll add anywhere from $20-$50 to your costs.)

A local gunsmith has done several trigger jobs for me -- most recently for my CZ-75 and CZ-85 Combat. I love his work, and I love these guns. But it isn't rocket science. A good smith should be able to handle it.

Check around for the best gunsmiths in your area, save yourself some money, and get your gun back a lot sooner....

There's some great infor here [Link to invalid post] and here [Link to invalid post]

Walt offers some good advice. If you can find a local smith experienced in working with DA/SA triggers you stand to save money and time.
