CZ sights and so forth

I have both a CZ-75 and a CZ-52 and I would like to modify them somewhat.

The CZ-52 was made with a slide stop but oddly, no slide release. What I would like is a knob attached to the slide stop about where the grip panel terminates at the upper left (as seen from the left side of the pistol). This knob can be brazed, welded or whatever would work best.

The CZ-75 really deserves better sights. I would like a fixed, tritium inserted, and low profile replacement. However, my front sight is staked on so the slide may have to be dovetailed.

Does anyone know a good smith that can do these things for a reasonable price? I would prefer someone that HAS done the sight replacement so they're not prototyping on my pistol.
In advance, thanks for the input.

Destructo6, I can do both jobs for you. With the CZ-75 the best way to handle it is to use the existing front sight and install a tritium insert. I've seen two that for whatever reason the front sight was too narrow for this and used a dovetail front instead. If you'd like you can e-mail me for prices and details. George
