Cz 97??

Now that I am 10 days away from my CZ 83, I am looking for something to take some of the pressure off my Colt MK IV Series 80. I have had my 45 since 1987. It has been wonderful, and I imagine, it will continue to be.
What I do like about the CZ 97 is that the mag holds 10, and if the quality is what everyone says it is, well for the price, its a steel!!
This will let my beloved Colt take a break.

So, I would apreciate any comments regarding the CZ 97.

The CZ 97B is a fantastic pistol, it is the most accurate production .45 I've shot (including the Sig Sauer P220, Springfield 1911, and Kimber 1911). Anyway, I was out with my 97b wednesday. Great gun, amazingly accurate, and easy to take the recoil. You will not be disappointed.

What's the going price on a 97B? Who has good prices on them? Anyone know if its California legal?

The CZ-USA website lists the CZ 97B .45 ACP as being "California legal" as of December 20, 2000. Phil at the CZ Connection lists the CZ 97B at $479.00.
