CZ 8mm on sale

so I am going to gander mountain this weekend and they have a CZ vz. 24 8mm rifle on sale (used) link to be found below. I never thought about buying an 8mm before and know nothing about this rifle or if it is worth 200 bucks which is why I am posting here. i do know that I love fully stocked rifles and I love CZ. Give me your advice folks. If I go there, and I like the feel of the rifle, should I buy it?

No the scope isn't an original, but a Swift Premier pistol scope 2-6 power runs about $200 new most places online. Did you get the rifle? I see it says sold out on the Gandermountain web site.

So i jsut saw a lee enfield no4 mk1 that I like for 299.00 and i called gander mountain about it. NO WAY i would have orderd the CZ after I talked to them. So all the guns they show online are in a central wharehouse so there is no way of looking at them before buying. If you have the gun sent to a store near you you do have the right to get a refund if you dont like the condition of the gun BUT YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE 25.00 SHIPPING FEE! :rolleyes:
 
What is up with the floorplate? It should be flush, that doesn't look right. Also it looks like the bayonet lug is bent down.:confused:
 
That floor plate isn't a floorplate, it is a detachable magazine. You'll see them come up on GB and other auction sites as well as Numrich from time to time. You remove the floorplate and follower and then they just fit right in the magazine box, and snap into place.
