Posting this because when i was doing research on these grips i found almost nothing. So maybe this will help someone.

When i first got the cz it had some rubber grips that had to go. Then i ordered some nice rosewood grips from czcustom but the one the right was loose even if the screw was tightened. then i saw the brass grips and was doing some research before buying and there isnt much i found. I really bothered me that the right side was loose so after days of thinking about it i finally bought them. I got them off cz usa and got delivered fast.

I was scared at first they would fit loose like the wooden ones but i have to say they fit perfect and are slimmer and feel better than the wood or rubber grips. Im really happy with the purchase. They are definitely heavier i dont know by how much but its fine with me. Ive had this cz for a couple months now and im really loving it. Traded a g19 for and i miss the 19 but love this cz more. Maybe ill get a 26 later down the road. Posted some pics sorry dont know how to post them to where they show up with out the link.

Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet with these grips as im a truck driver and im out a lot. But hopefully ill get a chance next week and ill post how she shoots. Almost forgot they are pretty expensive for just grips at 180$ plus shipping. But now i can say i finally have my dream gun:cool::D

Those look great on the stainless steel. That's a really nice looking '75

I have aluminum grips on a 1911 and love them. They do get a little cold, but also warm up quick.

Tunnelrat that what i thought at first but the aluminum ones are a lot cheaper and lighter.

DMK thanks man and i know what you mean brother that happens with these as well:D

I have 2 CZ75 pistols (a BD and a PCR). I love the platform.

For carry, I swear by VZ grips: they make an absoluetly wonderful grip for carry and range use, and provide excellent grip without tearing up your hand. I cannot reccomend them enough.

CZ USA has even started carrying them on their website

I looked at the grips you got, and would strongly reccomend you NOT shoot with those. Honestly, you paid a ton for them, and I personally would only use grips like that for a display gun. Check out the VZ grips before you shoot the gun with those grips.

I would imagine those are aluminum but just anodized in a different color. Brass grips wouldn't last long.

I don't think they're aluminum- they are described as brass grips, and priced at $180 on CZ USA's website (currently sold out).

I would appear to be wrong. Brass eh? I still would be curious is they mar easily, or what the advantage over aluminum is, unless more weight is the goal. Then again aluminum can be marred as well.

The brass grips look great on your shiny stainless 75 B.

I like the looks of the CZ metal grips, but the idea of carrying in the Pacific NW made be concerned about having a cold surface against my torso and about grabbing a cold, wet metallic surface. It does look like the surface is aggressive enough to afford a good grip, though.

A bold purchase, but aesthetically worth it.

"Very pretty, General. Very pretty. But, can they fight?" (from the movie, "The Dirty Dozen") :)

Nevertheless, I gotta admit that they look outstanding on that gun!

Brass can be pretty hard. Some af the alloys have pretty low copper content. Considering how light those appear I'd guess they are mostly zinc.

Good way to tame recoil on a pistol and they look great too.

You upgrade to a 2.5" belt?

To be honest im never going to carry this gun i have a little smith 442 for that.

They feel really good in my opinion but then again that depends on the shooter.

Tunnelrat thats what im afraid of also hopefully they wont mar easily.

I kinda dont want to shoot it much so it wont get scratched and beat but thats not why i got them for so im going to force myself to treat it like the rest and just have fun with it and if it gets a scratch here and there so be it.

Only time will tell how they hold up. Cant wait to get home and shoo it!

Yea I've been there. Sort of like a new car you worry about getting a scratch on. Like you said though, you bought it to shoot it. It does look pretty awesome as a kicker too!

Would probably be nice for helping with the balance of an aluminum framed CZ. They do look purdy though, regardless of how well they function. I'm tbinking there must be some sort of coating that can be put on them to keep them from tarnishing, providing they don't have something already.
