CZ-75 wood grips?

A friend wants to know who all makes nice wood grips for his CZ. I figured y'all might have an idea.

Suggestions?

The factory walnut grips are actually nice, believe it or not. Hogue makes a few different kinds of wood grips for the CZ. Also, there is a guy named Hakan Pek in Norway that sells handmade wood grips for CZs.

Hogue makes them as well, they have some with checkering, while Haken's are all smooth. He has them plastered all over www.czforum.com - you can't escape them. He will do custom wood and profiles, though, and his prices are very reasonable.

Tamara:

Here's a picture of the flamed birch grips that Hakan produced for my CZ PCR Compact. $50 shipped.

CZ also offers factory checkered wood grips, and Hogue offers a variety of smooth and checkered wood grips for the fullsize 75B.

Take care. Marko

The Hogue exotic wood grips are very nicely made, very slim and pretty too. I have checkered cocobolo wood Hogues on my CZ-75B. Hakan makes some sweet grips too. He now makes his Xtreme series grips with a kind of stippling for extra grip. I have a custom set in flaming birch on my 10mm Witness. If you go to the CZforums it`s the banner gun on the Clone Club. :D The flaming birch is gorgeous but it`s not super hard,it`s probably best for guns that don`t get beat around too much. Hakan makes grips in lots of other woods also. Marcus

Tamara,
The CZ grips are good, Hogue's are also good..Hakans are just plain gorgeous. I have a set of Maribeau (spelling?) wood grips for my Compact...50 $ shipped from Norway and he is very quick in turning them around...check his site out. Thanks for the inquiry.
Shoot well
