CZ 75 VZ grip texture

Ok folks, I have a pair of CZ 75 pistols (a CZ 75BD and a PCR), both with VZ tactical diamond grips installed. I tried the tactical diamond pattern on my BD, and just went with what I knew on the PCR. That said, I have heard a lot of folks that love the frag patterns for VZ (or similar G10 grips). What's your favorite, and why?

I have had the tactical diamonds in the past. It didn't really bother my hands, but I now have the frag pattern and I find it just as grippy in handling the gun but my clothes seem to get grabbed by the frag pattern less than the tactical diamonds.

I got the Frags for my 75 Compact, because VZ states they were specifically designed for concealed carry. I understand those with Tactical Diamonds find them comfortable in ungloved hands, but I think they would have to abrade on clothes or torso skin while being carried.

The Frags are far grippier than the stock CZ plastic, which has to be some of the slickest material on the planet.

I'd love to try a set of the frag sets before dropping $75 on a set. That's my biggest hesitancy.

I have operators 2 on my 1911, I like them. Great grip and not to hard on the hands.

Take a look at LOK grips, pretty near the same stuff, but a little cheaper. I ended up preferring the CZ rubber grips over anything else, although they are a little grippy on clothing if your cc'ing.

The only grips I'd bother with, nowadays, are the factory soft-rubber grips.

I've had wood ones, Trausch, and several wrap-arounds.

Grips are a very PERSONAL, SUBJECTIVE CHOICE.

I also have VZ Operators 2 on my newest 1911 build. They are excellent and I imagine I'll never use another company. While some say they are very aggressive, I find them to be quite comfortable.

while i love vz grips on my gorgeous 1911's, there's no need on the 75b. the factory rubber grips are perfection for 1/3 the price.

Honestly, I'm exactly the opposite. I love the VZ grips on both of my CZ 75s, but the rubber grips feel too big and bulky, especially if I am carrying concealed. I would rather have the factory plastic grips on my full size CZ than the rubbers, if I am carrying it.
