Cz 75 d pcr 9mm

My favorite 9mm. Never had a malfunction, it's as accurate as my 85 combat.
Only complaints are the serrated trigger and the sights could be better.

I have it's brother and absolutely love it. You can't go wrong!

Though for my P-01, here's my list.
Pros:
•Just the right size (practically identical to Walther P99/PPQ, Glock 19, etc.).
•Perfect natural POA & balance in my hand, and ergos concerning user controls (mag release and slide lock/release).
•Very accurate and has a smooth trigger, SA or DA, albeit a lil' heavy (unless you run it from the half-cock position).
•Smooth shooting, easy recoil management.
•After initial degreasing, cleaning, and lube, have fired 550 mixed rounds so far with zero feed, extraction and/or ejection issues between FMJ from Freedom Munitions and ZQI, and HP's from Federal (HST) and Hornady (XTP).
•Functions with regular CZ75 mags, just will stick out further from pistol grip.

Cons:
•Stock rubber grip palm swell MAY be to thick for some shooters, and can catch on inside of shirt when CC'ing (can easily be corrected with thinner grip panels).
•Stock sights are a tad on the small size.
•I don't get to shoot mine enough!

I bought my 75D PCR new in 2000, and have been carrying and shooting it ever since. It is one of the best, all around 9MM's out there. Get one. The P01 is also excellent if you need a light rail, but I don't so the PCR does it all for me. It also accepts the CZ Kadet Kit .22 LR conversion unit.

The only drawback I can think of that MIGHT be an issue is the decidedly shorter grip than it's full size brother. However, knowing it's a compact CCW style package- I can't think of a single thing that I would call a deal breaker.

When I first got mine, I was shooting pretty low. However, since it's had a chance to break in and I've had a chance to get used to it- I wouldn't trade it.

You'd have to have pretty massive hands not to fit on the grip.

Certainly my favorite CZ model, and the first one I ever held. Light, strong, smooth, good reputation for function and reliability, and I prefer decockers to safeties.

Not really- I just notice my pinky generally rides where the clips baseplate meets up with the bottom of the grip. My hands aren't large at all.

I guess, just my opinion. I wear medium gloves and fingers rest just above the end of the grip.

I have large hands, not fat, nor "beefy", just large palms and long fingers. The PCR's grip is just fine for me.

Bought the full size CZ 75BD first and then wanted a compact. Initially tried to find the PCR - like the look better than the P-01, but no LGS had any and I didn't want to purchase over the internet without at least holding one. Then one LGS got in a couple of P-01s, which I believe is pretty much the same gun with a light rail. Didn't really need the light rail - though I now think its a nice option to have. Right away the gun felt great in my hand. Took it to the range and loved shooting it right away. Can't go wrong with either the PCR or the P-01.

Some PCRs have trigger slap. The one that I had really irritated my trigger finger after 50 rounds. I had a different trigger installed which solved the problem, but it was an additional expense.
