Anyone have a chance to handle/shoot/own one of these?

No, but...

I think CZs are one of the more underated pistols on the market. Every one I have shot feels very comfortable to me and seems quite accurate.

I have my eye on a certain CZ 75 Combat....mmmmm.

BigMike,
I have only dry fired the SA model you ask about. The trigger is not as nice as a Champion, but is better than the standard 75B or 85.

I own the CZ75 Champion which is also single action only. The trigger on the SA is the same style as on my Champion. You would be closer to a Champion with that than starting with a stock CZ75B. You may be able to just add the Champion sear and hammer to smooth it out even more without purchasing the Champion trigger. Mike at CZ could tell you.

I picked my up last Saturday. It was special order $385. The dealer ordered an extra in 9mm and .40 so there's more available.

I haven't shot it yet, it's apart for a good cleaning and a polishing of the firing pin safety parts (want to make that trigger nice and smooth).

I'll post range results here later.
