Hello, I am interested in purchasing a CZ-100 or HS2000 in 9x19mm for general day-to-day carry. I have heard great things about both of these pistols. Any opinions, advice or info is very welcome!

Thanks

Hi, I just got my HS 2000 today. I also have a cz75 and and arcus hipower. I was very surprised because the grip on the HS is very comfortable like my other 9's. The fit and finish is good. I haven't got to shoot it yet but I dry fired it. The trigger is probably about 6 lbs., very consistant and it breaks cleanly. I can't wait to shoot it. Seems like it will be a very nice pistol for the money, $300 out the door. Mark

the HS2000 is quite possibly the best 9mm i own
its more accurate than my glocks and right up there with the P226
and BHP has a great trigger and ergonomically excellent.
On the other hand the CZ100 is possibly the worst gun i have ever shot. The trigger is the worst ive seen.

I also think my HS2000 is great! Nice pistol for under $300. 100% function! Haven't heard anyone that DOESN'T like their HS2000. Handled a CZ-100 several years and it fit my hand very nice but I've never shot one

It will eventually slip in anyway, so let me be the first. Get the Glock 19 :) . Just had to do it. Actually don't know a lot about either pistol. CZ100 loooooooooooooong trigger, but can be learned. HS2000 trigger safety bites your finger, not feed reliable with White Bos Winchester. Have read about people getting rid of both pistols.

I just got my HS2000 last Thursday and love it. 120 rounds so far and no problems at all. $320 out the door. It is pretty accurate, but I think that it will get better as I do since I am not used to shooting pistols very much. This is my first semi-auto pistol and I love it. Get the HS2000 and you won't be dissapointed!

Shot my HS2000 this past Saturday for the first time. Excellent pistol. I don't consider myself that knowledgeable on guns yet but comparing it with a Glock 19...they both feel good. I was able to shoot the HS slightly better, but that's just because it felt better in my hands. I forgot that the grip safety was there, just disappeared. Trigger could be a tad lighter, but it breaks nicely...not squishy like the glocks I've tried.

On both the Glock and the HS I got a little blister on the tip of my trigger finger from putting 200 rounds thru each...I'm using too little finger, and that is corrected. I can't complain especially since I paid under 300 with shipping and FFL fees.

Unable to comment on the CZ.
