Cylinder Release Screw Question

I generally like to snug up all exposed screws when I clean my revolvers (an Airweight Chiefs Special and a 686) but that screw on the cylinder release seems mighty tight, and mine's never moved at all that I can see.

Should I worry about that screw, or is it pretty much snugged until someone intends to un-snug it?
 
I can only recall having that screw come loose on 1 or 2 guns out of the 100-125 or so revolvers I have owned and used in the past 35 years. Seems to be a rare problem.
