This is a S&W 610 that I used for Bowling Pin shoots. It has a chamfered cylinder and the MIM hammer and trigger have been replaced with solid chromium parts. The hammer is "duck-billed" shaped and the trigger has a trigger stop. Double and single action trigger job. All work done by master gunsmith "Vito" at the S&W Performance Center. Front sight is a SDM Fabricating red fiber optic. rear is white outline S&W. http://www.gunbroker.com/pixhost/2001-11-25/PS2_1006986537_gun1.jpg http://www.gunbroker.com/pixhost/2001-11-25/PS2_1006986538_gun2.jpg http://www.gunbroker.com/pixhost/2001-11-25/PS2_1006986539_gun3.jpg http://www.gunbroker.com/pixhost/2001-11-25/PS2_1006986540_gun6.jpg

Put a decent set of grips on it and it would be a beautiful gun, other than the barrel being 1-1/2" too long. Beautiful finish and I really like those fiber optic sights.

ps2photo, thanks for the lead. I may have to send him one or more of my revolvers for some work.

The Smith & Wesson 610 already has a spring loaded front sight and there is no need for special smithing in order to install a Hi-Viz front sight. Drop in part is only about twenty five dollars.
