I am also in the market for work on a BHP, in 40 cal.

I have spoken with Kevin at Novak. They do the Special Ops pkg which is pretty much what I want - but it pushes 2K including the gun. I'm also thinking about a .357 sig barrel fitted at the same time.

If you don't mind my asking, what did Wickman do to your gun and what did he charge.

PS, I'm assuming those are Spegel grips - are they presentation grade or regular grade? They appear to be fully checkered.

First of all Thanks. take a look at
http://www.watervalley.net/users/bkeen/hp.html for the details of work Kurt did. Those are presentation Spegels and fully checkered, well worth the $$. IIRC, the total bill was ~1200 and we did pretty much everything to it other than add a BarSto/KKM barrel (did not need).
