Custom grips Opinions Wanted

Hi
1st time posting. I wanted to get an opinion on these presentation grips. I may start producing them on a small scale. What do you think? Don't hold back.

Very nice. Personally I think just the plain maple would look great, but the inlays definitely add a little pizzaz to it. When you start making them for the Ruger SP101, let me know... ;) , I am looking for a nice set of grips for it.

I still have my rock collection from when I was a yung'n. Looks a little like opalized agate.

I still have to agree with the other. Wood and wood alone. I'd consider buying a stock for the GP100 if the price were right. (I've been planning on buying a set of rubbers, but I'd like a set of presentation grips.)

What will they sell for?

Love the tiger maple, the grips appear well made. Square butt N frame? Are you using a Hogue "saddle" type attachment?

The inserts aren't my personal preference, but I would assume they would be optional, if you go into production.

Good Luck...

Joe

I agree, beautiful grips. Plain I think is best, however, a decoration in place of where the normal grip medallion would be might be nice.

+1 ...could always make them an extra cost option. For me the triple inlays of varying style look rich but are a little too much "bling".

A single inlay as suggested above though... hmmm! Would be less bling, and also cleaner looking, because only one pattern is shown. My vote goes to "plain" as the standard (if we can call wood that nice plain :D ), and a single inlay in the center as the deluxe as suggested by rgillis.
