Current Savage Rebates?

I came across an alleged rebate that Savage Arms is offering. Here's a link to what I found:

It says the qualifying models are the "10/110 Tactical, 10 Predator Hunter, 11/111 Long Range Hunter, 11/111 FCNS Hunter, 11 Scout, and 16/116 Weather Warrior."

That's great and all, but when I go to Savage Arms website and their current promotions that they're offering, there's nothing that says they currently have a $100 rebate promotion for the rifles listed above.

What gives? Does anybody know if this rebate is legit or not?
 
The only people who can tell you if the rebate is valid, is Savage. Try giving them a call first, they may not have updated their web site yet.

If you will notice, the dates are valid.

In other words, it I good.

I have bought a couple of great guns that way.

Sometimes Cabella (Unknown about Dicks, Bass Pro etc) will also add their own rebate. Upwards of $150 total.
 
It does appear to be a legit rebate offer. I went to the Savage website and clicked on the rebates button at the bottom of the page, and it took me to a website that listed all of Savage's current rebates and a few other rebates by others.

Well, this is great because I'm probably going to get myself a Savage 11 Scout now. While I'm of the opinion the Ruger American Predator and its heavier barrel would be more accurate, the Savage Scout has so many features that make the extra $50 and 1.5 MOA accuracy worth swallowing.
 
I had no idea that the 11 Scout was on that list. Completely glossed over it. Thank you so much for posting about it as that is on my list of next-to-buy. This makes it a very VERY competitive offer.
