Will be buying a P-32 this weekend. Anyone who has bought a new one during the past 12 months, have you had any problems? Pistol will be new at $265, not used.

p32

I have had mine for about 8mo.when I first bought it my assembly pin spring broke.I mailed the bottom of the gun back, and they installed a new one.I carry this gun all the time in daylight hours.it has been very good and has held up well.I think you will like it.you do know they have their own website for owners dont you?

Had my P-32 for a few weeks now. So far, so good. I REALLY like the gun.

I noticed when a friend shot it that it tended to jam or FTE. It was OK when I shot it. It appears to be sensitive to limp-wristing. I suppose that is to be expected in a semi-auto that is that light.

For what I wanted, the P-32 seems about perfect for me.

I've had my P32 for 1 year this month. Had the hard-chrome upgrade done (I had it back in my hands 3 days after I mailed it to them ... how'd they do that?).

I've shot about 1000 rounds through mine and have never had a single jam or misfeed. I shoot Fiocchi (ball) ammo. It just shoots first time, every time.

Damn, it sounds like I'm describing one of my beloved Glocks!

Anyway, mine has been pretty darn reliable.

Cheers,

Telewinz,

I forgot to mention ...

You don't say where you live but $265 seems really steep for a P32. I see them NIB at gun shows all the time for $200-$215 here in Texas.

I live in SE Ohio and rarely over the years have I been able to get a great deal on buying a firearm. I go to the the gun shows and such but around here they start there prices about $50 over fair value. Got a Colt Trooper MKIII 3 months ago at a show and had to wheel & deal just to get it for $350. Got my used P-11 for $190 and the dealer thought he was giving up his 1st born son. I keep looking for the drunk laying in the gutter who is willing to sell his Python for a bottle of wine. In 30 years I have't had any luck, life is hard:D

If I'm not mistaken, Kel Tec just swaps your slide for a different one already finished in chrome.

I've had mine for over TWO years

Thus far, mine has approx 700-800 rounds through it, primarily Winchester Silvertips, Fiocchi 73 FMJ's and CorBon 60 gr JHP's. I have had only ONE malfunction: a fail to feed with one Fiocchi FMJ.

My serial is 035xx........don't know what they are at at present.

Mine is absolutely box-stock, other than polishing the feedramp.

I keep thinking about selling it but cannot bring myself to do it because it is easily the most comfortable and concealable gun I have.

Yeh, it's a keeper, until someone comes alone with a smaller, lighter, more powerful item and that's probably not going to happen.

I've owned one for over two years now. When I first brought it I had to send it back for Kel-Tec to replace the trigger bar as it was mal-functioning. After I got it back it has functioned reliably. My wife just brought one yesterday. Unfortunately, its a jamomatic. We will be sending it in for repair on Monday. I am confident that Kel-Tec will repair it in a timely manner and that it too will work fine after they do. FWI. I think another poster is correct, $265.00 sounds very high for this pistol. We paid $204.00 for my wife's and I paid $157.00 for mine two years ago.

Got one fo Chistmas. It's been 100 % with everything except CCI Blazer. Just doesn't like those aluminum cases.

I don't have a chrome slide. I just plan to use the P-32 as it is and not get the chrome slide until I decide I need it. If it is just a swap, could I wait until I see the beginning of corrosion (IF that happens) and send it to KEL-TEC then or would KEL-TEC likely pronouce the slide damaged and make me pay for a new slide? Any ideas?
