Crome Bullet

I know this might sound dumb but i am curious is there any good relaible hallow point bullet that is all crome. both the cassing and the bullet. I intend to use them in a glock and a taurus 92. I would be looking for the in 9mm.

If you talkin bout chrome, as in chrome plated. Don't think so except maby inert cartridges used for display only. Chrome is quite hard and would do a number on your barrel.

Quite a few nickle plated cases around.

well it doesnt have to be crome i was meaning more of a silverish color. my 92 is the special edition (crome with godl accents) and i would want the bullet to complment it.
 
I believe closest you would come would be the Winchester Silvertip bullet. The bullet is a silver color, but the case is standard brass in semi auto calibers. In the .357 mag the case is nickel plated. That combined with the silvertip bullet makes for an intersting look.

I personally use whatever bullet performs the best, regardless of color or "neat" looking HP cavities of whatever. You can't see them in the magazine anyway.

BEEN THERE DONE THAT

I've manufactured the "chrome combo" before; I use nickel cases and Winchester SilverTips. Candy-a$$ed, but pretty.
(9's and 40's; 115g HP, 155g HP)
