Hi all, this comp. is blocked from many web sites so I can't check for myself, so can anyone tell me if Crimsontrace makes a laser grip for the XD 45 that has the manual safety? I bought one that said it was for the XD 45 but when I tried to put it on it would cause the safety to engage, most perturbing, thanks in advance.
 
Sounds like you have a one that wraps around the grip/mag area, yes it is a nice brand, but the lasermax one fits in the recoil spring pin and neve will get in the way cost alittle more but worth it get your money back and look at the other one.
 
I'm a little leery of replacing the rod with the lasermax, also isn't the on switch for the laser a button that replaces the slide stop or the takedown lever? How easy is it to replace those?
