Crimson Trace LaserGrips for Taurus 94 Snubbie

Hello there.

Does anyone have the CT LG for the Taurus Model 94? I'm thinking of getting them. What's your opinion? I like to carry this gun in my pocket and I'm wondering if the Crimson Trace adds any size to the weapon at all.

I have the LG305s on a S&W m38 (Taurus equiv of the 851).

Not quite the same thing, but I went from the original '60s vintage wood stocks to the grips, and I find it really changed the firearm. Its excellent to shoot now, a pleasure even, and I don't find the extra size THAT bad. I get a proper grip, now, and the extra 1/4" or so on the end does sort of stick out of the back of the pocket more (I've been clipping an IWB to the inside of my pocket), but I think it might actually be beneficial tot hat method of carry.

In my case, I am definatly pro-CTC.

I have had a set of Crimson Trace grips on my 625 for years and had no problems what so ever. I am so sold on their products I bought a new laser site that fits an AR 15. (Now if I can just get a 45 longslide with laser site and a plasma rifle in the forty watt range)

Think extra fat and long. Pocket carry is out unless you have big and deep pockets. The only purpose I see for CT grips is intimidation. Most shooters perform poorly after installing CT grips as they are so far off in POA/POI. A 2" snub isn't going to improve in accuracy with CT grips.

A set of cushy rubber grips might've done the same thing, but I definatly shoot better with the LG305s.

Click the master switch to ON, and I can easily put 'em in a circle the size of someone's ticker at 25', which is where I practice at.

Maybe not the most practical of purposes, but I do find them a comfort on my hand and in mind.
