Crime Bill prosecutions on "standard capacity" mags?

Coming up on the 6th anniversary of the wonderful Crime Bill of 1994, have there been any actual prosecutions for anyone that:

A) Owned a standard capacity magazine (10+ rounds) that was stamped LEO or Military

or

B) Owned an unmarked standard capacity magazine that the prosecutors attempted to provide sufficient evidence that it was manufactured after 1994?

I doubt anyone has been changed soley with such an offense, though I am sure that if someone has been arrested for other things and they found those along with that, they would then tag it on to the charges.

We must enforce the (unconstitional) gunlaws on the books BEFORE we make more.
