Cpl suspended

My Cpl was suspended due to a couple of felony charges I was going to court for well to make a long story short I beat my cases and they were dismissed.....now I have a meeting with the gun board Wednesday do you think they will reinstate my cpl since my case was dismissed and I'm not convicted of any charges?
