Hi everyone!
I want to get an aimpoint Comp M4s but I also want to mount it low enough to absolute cowitness with troy micro iron sights. I currently have the standard height troy iron sights on my SCAR but I feel like I have a jaw weld instead of a cheek weld when I look through them. I feel that the micro sights might do the trick but then I run into the cowitness problem with the Comp M4s. I don't see the point of lower third cowitness because that means you have to change your cheek weld when you transition from red dot to iron sights.
I have done a little research already and I found this mount by GG&G and it looks like it will get the Comp M4s low enough to absolute cowitness with troy micro iron sights but I would like a confirmation before I drop ~$700 on a red dot ~$150 on a mount and ~$200 on iron sights.
Thanks for your replies in advance.
